The low carb high fiber diet is one which strives for you to eat as few carbs as possible while you consume as much fiber as you can; at a healthy level, of course. The low carb high fiber diet is one which is greatly praised while at the same time it is one which receives great stigma.

Interestingly enough, almost all of the non-starchy vegetables and low sugar fruits are actually the ones that are highest in both fiber and nutrients, and so if you want a list of the high fiber vegetables and fruit, then you will want to check out the ones that are low in carbs.
As well, you want to make sure that you consume a lot of water, and this means more than perhaps even the most experienced dieter would assume. If you can consume around 2 liters of water a day this is satisfactory, if more then that is even better; however there is the point where you will have crossed the line and gone too far, as if you drink too much water – which could basically only happen if you are constantly drinking it throughout the day with no stopping – then you could cause problems to your kidneys.
As well, in regards to the high fiber part of the diet, this means that you want to make sure that you consume a lot of fiber, whether that be in muffins, for instance, or whether you decide to go to the health food store and simply purchase bran by itself, and then you can take this bran and sprinkle it on healthy cereal for instance or mix it in with oatmeal if you like; the final decisions are up to you of course, just make sure that you stick to the basic rules.
