If you were to examine one drop of water drawn from a pond and view it with the naked eye you would not see anything out of the ordinary within that drop of water. However, if you were to put that same drop of water under a microscope you would be amazed at what you would see. Through the lens of a high-powered microscope you would see a number of living and varied organisms.

The same holds true when we view the air in our home. To the naked eye the air that we look at and breathe in seems to be void of any pollutants.
